You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
We are committed to ensuring your full satisfaction and making the return process as simple as possible.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
If a parcel is not delivered due to the following reasons:
A second delivery attempt was made but the customer was not available, or
The shipping address provided was incorrect,
these situations are considered the customer’s responsibility.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment status and contact us promptly if any issues arise.
We can modify the delivery address only within 12 hours of purchase.
If the parcel is already in transit and you are unable to receive it, please contact us so we can evaluate the best possible solution; however, this service is not free.
If tracking indicates that the customer must contact the sender to arrange a new delivery, the customer is required to contact the courier directly.
If a parcel remains uncollected for an extended period, it will be returned to our logistics centre after 30–60 days.
This will generate additional costs for iBrushy, which will be charged to the customer if they wish to receive the parcel again.
In the event of reshipment after a failed delivery, a €10 fee per product will apply.

Returns must be sent to the address we will provide. We will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to ship the parcel.
Please note that the refund amount will be reduced to cover shipping costs, which vary depending on parcel size.
We will inform you of the exact amount deducted before approving the return.
Delivery delays that fall within the stated delivery timeframe are not considered valid grounds for a return.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We do not accept returns for items that have been used or are no longer in their original packaging.
iBrushy is not responsible for parcels lost after delivery to a business address.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address provided is complete and accurate, and that someone is available to receive the delivery.
If a parcel is lost or not properly delivered to a business address, iBrushy reserves the right to charge a €10 handling fee to arrange a new shipment.
If the parcel is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a deduction will be applied to the refund based on return costs and parcel size.

When placing an order with special offers, it is essential to select the correct offer before completing your purchase.
Free items (such as exfoliating gloves or facial brushes) will appear in the cart and at checkout only if the offer has been added correctly.
Please ensure all desired products are visible in your cart before completing the order.
If free items are not visible in the cart or at checkout, the offer has not been selected correctly.
In this case, we recommend cancelling the order and placing it again with the correct offer.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders with missing items caused by incorrect offer selection at checkout.

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the product is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
