When will my order be delivered?
Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours. Delivery times vary depending on the destination: for US shipping usually takes 5–10 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
What if the tracking isn’t updating?
If your tracking doesn’t update right away, don’t worry! Sometimes couriers take up to 48 hours to update the system. If the issue persists for more than 5 days, contact us at info@ibrushy.com.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
You can request an address change within 12 hours of placing the order by sending an email to info@ibrushy.com. After that, unfortunately, we can’t guarantee any changes.
We would need to send a new package, at half the cost to the customer.
What if my package is marked as delivered or is being held, but I haven’t received it?
If your package is being held or marked as delivered, we recommend contacting the local courier to arrange a new delivery attempt. If the package is returned to our warehouse, a $25 fee will be applied for reshipping.
What’s your return policy?
You can request a return within 90 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. To begin the return process, contact us at info@ibrushy.com. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
I received the wrong item, what should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If you received the wrong product, send us an email at info@ibrushy.com with a photo and details. We’ll immediately arrange to send the correct product at no extra cost.
Can I request a refund if my package is delayed?
We’re sorry for the delay and understand your frustration. However, we only offer refunds if the product is declared lost. If the package is in transit, we cannot cancel the order. Feel free to contact us to explore custom solutions.
Is the brush suitable for sensitive skin or broken capillaries?
Our brushes are designed to adapt to all skin types. If you have sensitive skin or broken capillaries, we recommend consulting a dermatologist before use, as applying too much pressure could worsen the condition.
How do you use the brush for dry brushing?
To get the most benefit from dry brushing, use the brush on dry skin with strokes toward the heart, starting from the legs and moving upward. Spend a few minutes on each area and use gentle motions on more sensitive spots. For a complete guide, you’ll find a card with instructions inside the package!
